We are a Holistically Managed, pasture-based small family farm, located in Upstate New York, U.S.A. Using regenerative agriculture practices we sustainably produce 100% pasture-raised Lamb, Late Lamb and also Mutton. Now in 2024, our seasonally pasture raised chicken, turkey, Guinea Fowl and Heritage breed Pork are produced under the Perfetto Pastures name, still grown right here.
We offer our beautiful Herdwick wool roving, batts, yarn and related products as well as Fiber Arts equipment and tools.
